The rich colors of a season are easily seen through nature's blooms. With flowers readily available, I was able to capture the colorful dark amber of this mum, tinted with soft lines and edges of a deeper orange/rust and the hints of pollen in yellow evoking a start of something new and pointing to a particular season. Although the photo appears "squared" to the eye, the round soft edges and center of the mum say something softer.
