This painting is a simple representation of the sunflower and how even in the brightest days, we may experience gloom in opposition to our surrounding environment. The sunflower represents strength in finding our inner beauty; she rises up to conquer her ‘gloom’, subconsciously always reaching for the sun. The color hue reappears the ultimate reward, love. Flowers, like us, are love. They are the eminence of everlasting beauty.
